Hi everyone,
I have been using paypal for 3 years, I never had troubles with paying for goods, or withdrawing funds to my CC connected account, but as of last week, whenever I want to withdraw funds I get this mesage: "You'll need to add a bank account"
Now my wallet already has a CC connected, and I had no troubles in withdrawing money to it because my cc is connected with my bank account, and I am not in the US, so I can't add a US bank account obviously, so I am wondering what is wrong all of a sudden and how can I get this fixed?
Thank you

@MerelVDB wrote:Hello,
I am struggling with withdrawing too. Until last month I was in Belgium, where I had no problems. Now I am in Portugal, but that should not make any difference, I thought? My banc card is a Belgian maestro card. It doesn't do anything when I use the new link (being posted here below). Just keeps the same page. It worked again for your after using this link?
Sometimes being in different country can make difference. PayPal system is sensitive to the device and location. It's their whole risk management system.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hello everybody,
I'm stuck with the same problem. I can't receive anymore withdrawals from PayPal.
Support startet with the message that my first 2 monthly automatic withdrawals went only through because of an error !?!
WTF ?
I asked politely just to repeat the error and it will all work out, but then, I figured that everytime there is another person responding and one seems not to know what the other has said or done. It is maybe a common tactic to confuse the client so at one point the client will give up on the matter ?
Later, one guy named Charles explained to me, that my card was eligible for withdrawals at the time of installing the card, but now something has changed. Nobody knows what has changed. PayPal does not know what, or my Bank and neither do I.
Something what PayPal says in every message : Get a new credit card which does accept PayPal withdrawals.
Summary : My settings have been perfect and everything worked very fine. Now, if I want my money back, I have to get another credit card. Which may suits PayPal better because of raised fees from Visa (?).
Maybe it is a cultural thing ? Maybe the Americans do change and add credit cards like other people change underwear ? BUT I DON'T. I have a credit card, it 's working fine, I haven't changed a thing (neither my bank), and now my money is held by PayPal and I can go and f... myself.
I did tried the trick with the old link for the withdrawals from the old interface but on whatever computer, system or browser I have tried it, the little pull up menu marked "TO" is empty. And because of this blanc field, my attempts to withdraw are denied.
If anybody out there has more clues or ideas of what to do now.......it would be highly appreciated.

I used to have issues withdrawing my PP balance. All I did was, I refrained accessing my PayPal account from a different device and location. I just do all my PayPal business at home. Then it fixed my issues. Apparently, PayPal's security system is "thinking" someone else is accessing my account when in fact I am the one accessing it from work. So once it detected a change in IP address, you won't be able to withdraw your PayPal Balance.
I suggest you give it a rest for at least 48 hours from the last time you access your PayPal account. Then always access your PayPal account from the same device and same internet connection (same IP). It worked for me.
Cheers!
P.S.

And people with dynamic IPs what to do ? to go "**bleep** themselfs" ? This is NOT a security, this is a STUPID programmer !
