where are rewards points?

New layout page sucks. customer servive is impossible and knows nothing. Cannot find rewards points. Old instuctions says see card deatils but that does not exiist on new page. Where are rewards points?  Thanks

Hi dynaman,

You can reach the reward points area in the new layout by first locating the box on the left for your PayPal Extras MasterCard > click on the arrow in it > then more details > rewards.

This direct link should also work for you once you've logged in to your account.

I used the link. I could not redeem my points for a gift card. The cash back button worked though. Would have prefered the gift cards. The new site does suck.

I found the reward points area but the selections don't work. The links seem to be broken on the merchandise, gift cards, travel, and the cash back is grayed out. What do I do now?

The "Cash Back" is grayed out because you don't have enough points to get cash back. The fact that there is nowhere to find out how many points IS enough, is maddening. I don't have an hour to pore over the fine print, and my 15-minute perusal found nothing.

I'm switching to an Amazon card. If the information isn't clear and up front, something is fishy. 

I love PayPal. But the Rewards card is the pits.

Yeah i hate this points cant redeem them for anything. i had over 9000 points now i only have 8010, tyried to cash them in cant even find them on the web page but they were opn my printed bill this is such a scam....

Your link was immensely helpful!  KUDOS!!! The site itself should be FAR more intuitive.  The link needs to be prominently displayed....unless you really would prefer that folks not redeem their points!

Your answers to "where are rewards points" is as vague as you intended.  You post a "Direct Link" why not give us who have been good paying customers the link!  What is this game?  The phone support might as well not exist for the no help they offer, mostly pre-recorded.  The Pay Pal website is a joke, there is no way to link to the MasterCard account, what is wrong with you people?  Your efforts to keep our own reward points secret make every thing you do suspicous.  Can't you be upfront and honest with the people who use your card, or should we as a body of people start a ban on Pay Pal?

There is no box on the left for the PayPal MasterCard!!!

Thanks for the link. The way that Paypal has hidden access to points is very disturbing and indicates poor business practices if not outright fraudulent. Anyone up for a class action law suit?
