The "Cash Back" is grayed out because you don't have enough points to get cash back. The fact that there is nowhere to find out how many points IS enough, is maddening. I don't have an hour to pore over the fine print, and my 15-minute perusal found nothing. I'm switching to an Amazon card. If the information isn't clear and up front, something is fishy. I love PayPal. But the Rewards card is the pits.
