Won't except my details for lifting my limits as I cannot withdraw money

PAYAPL wants some more information off me as I've reached 2500 Euros my account is suspended till I give them more details but when I put my post code in it won't except it so I cannot fill out the form they won't me to and I have parcels I need to send....please help
