Hi, this may sound quite confusing but I don't think I could word it simpler... I live in the UK and a friend of mine who lives in the US wants to send me some cash - which I'll be able to transfer to my bank to withdraw... My friend doesn't have a PayPal account or a bank account, but is suggesting that they buy a PayPal card and give me the details of the card to redeem into my account - which I'll be able to transfer from PayPal to my bank... Is this possible? How would it work? Can I use a US gift card whilst I'm living in the UK? Thanks

Nope ! Why not consider using moneygram or western union?
