The only options to verify my account seem to be through texting or recieving an automated call to a phone I don't have anymore. Is there some other way to verify my paypal without needing a phone? Would they be able to help at my bank?

PayPal uses a variety of methods to verify your identity including a linked bank account and a linked credit account.  A phone number registered in your name and address, however, is a critical method of verification.   PayPal must confirm your identity and must have a method to contact you.

I appreciate the information, unfortunately without access to my account I can't contact them directly for help, & without my phone I can't call them either so I really don't know what to do. I don't suppose you know an email address I could contact them through?

I did that already, like I said before without access to my account I can't contact them directly, & without my phone I can't call thier helpline.

Doesn't the "contact" page give you e-mail options?

Only if you log-in, which just brings me to the verify stage again.

I don't need to be logged into the U. S.  PayPal Community forum to see contact information when I click "contact" at the bottom of the page.

I can see the same contact options as you, I just can't use them without a phone. If you see an email address I can contact them through that would be helpful, but otherwise I'll just wait until I have a phone & call their helpline.
