How can i stop paypal from blocking my account? I've had the account since the 1990's, and in the past year they have repeatedly locked the account, now they won't allow me to make purchases using paypal because they dont trust me and want birth certificate information! I have a security key, and use their 2 factor authentication so it is literally impossible for anyone to access the account, and their own employees don't even understand this! Should I just close the account?
