I cannot find how to turn on IPN on the new PayPal layout. Do you need a buisness account to do so? Thanks.
On your Summary page, go to Seller Preferences on the left, click the Update link in the Instant payment notifications section.
Otherwise, you may need to Upgrade to a business account or use the web version of the site instead of the app.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
