I started my business paypal account many years ago when I had a small home based business. I would like to change my paypal account to a personal account (keeping all the financial info the same) but am unsure how to do this. Is it even possible?
It's quite easy to downgrade a Premier PayPal account to a Personal PayPal account... I don't know if it's the same for a Business PayPal account.
After logging in to your PayPal account, try using the "Email Us" option of the PayPal "Contact Us" - link. If there isn't a selection to downgrade your PayPal account, use the "Call Us" option to speak to PayPal customer service.
sandypurins is correct and I can confirm that the process is the same for Business accounts as well. 🙂 A downgrade has to be done manually so Customer Service would need to be contacted.
