Put money in Paypal with Walgreens and CVS

I see you can buy the card in many places including HIT and RUN,but only 3 places you can load it into your Paypal account.

what happens if none of these 3 places are in your area,what do you do with your card then?

Now that would a sh..outta luck moment.

Edit: Then again to reload the same card, the participating retailers are limited.  I guess you just buy another card to load more money if you are not near those reload retailers.  A waste of plastic though.
