Primary Account Is Limited, And I Can't Do Anything About It :(

Hello,

 
I am now on my primary account for Paypal, however, I have other duplicate accounts which I need to close in order to verify my primary one.
 
 
I tried closing each account individually but have either forgotten the password of the paypal/e-mail or the security answers. Therefore I need help with closing those accounts for me, as I am unable to. 
 
Another problem I have is  on my main account, I am asked to verify my details by providing a credit card statement for my old credit card (visa gift card I recall) that I once had in 2013. Unfortunately I do not have access to that credit card nor the statement. I did, however, provide my ID document and proof of address (tuition bill). Once again, I do not have access to my credit card statement for my old credit card that expired 3 years back. 
 
As you can see I am stuck in many problems right now, one of them being the duplicate accounts which need to be closed and that I do not have access to, and the second being not having the credit card statement for my old and expired credit card back in 2013. Note that the reason behind all those duplicate accounts is simply because I never managed to find a way to remove the limitation on my primary account.
 
I really hope you can resolve my problem as I have been waiting for a long time.

You are only ever allowed TWO paypal accounts and only then if ONE is business and the other ONE is a personal account.

 

You are not supposed to have more than that and may lead paypal to limit all of them.

 

Contact customer services and see if they will help you close the others.

I already know that dude. That's why I'm trying to fix this problem. I already got an e-mail from paypal saying the exact same thing you just said.  I called and submitted a message to them and am still waiting for a solution. Thanks anyways.

Well why don't you phone them and sort it then?

 

What are we supposed to do about it APART from giving you the above info??

You need to phone PayPal customer service and TALK to specialists.
