My selling tools?

I am trying to add another ebay user id to my Paypal account. When I try to follow the instructions provided here … https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp;jsessionid=vPq6QQ1Kh45LSP1YYyGQnnl6JC7tZtfslGyCH4vN213pF9... 

…it says to go to my Profile page, and click on "My selling tools" under "My Profile". I can not find "My selling tools" anywhere on that page, or any of the other pages. Has this been moved or renamed?
