Bank problem

I had a paypal I really never used a while ago and it had my bank information on it, all verified and everything, I forgot all about it, and well my girlfriend who I live with has one too, and I made some money on her paypal and noticed she wasn't verified, so I clicked on get verified, put the checking information in there and said I was verified elsewhere. So I knew where it was, went to my paypal and removed my bank information so I could put it on hers (we share a checking account) and it said this bank is being used under another paypal account. So I said ok i'll give it a few days, must be lag or something. Well it's been nearly a week now and it is saying the samething, the ask Sarah thing or whatever it is is absolutely no help, so I hope someone might have an idea on what to do? Thanks for any help

if you share one checking, you can only use one bank account per paypal account. 

So i guess your options are to either just use one paypal account for the both of you, or make a new checking account.

thanks for the reply, but as I said, I removed the bank account from my paypal so we could put it on hers, I removed it it is not there anymore, now I can't get it going on her paypal because it says it is active somewhere else, which it is not, I cant even get it to go back on my old one...still having this problem and they have 0 help options, am I basically **bleep**ed with paypal and need to find somewhere else to go? Where else is like paypal??

That bank account is already assigned to another PayPal account. For security purposes, each bank account may only be assigned to one PayPal account. Please use a different bank account.

Hi skiz316,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.  It sounds like the system still thinks the bank is active on another account.  Can you paste the error message that shows when you try to add the bank?  I want to verify that the system is thinking it's on another account or if it's saying the bank has already been on too many PayPal accounts in the past.

Edit: nevermind, you already posted the error.  Does it say anything else about it being linked to more than 2 accounts in the past?

Ty Frank, yes it did give me an error, thats only because I forgot my account was verified through paypal that way in the past, and we instantly knew that so I then went into my paypal and took it off with no problem. Ever since then though, I can't add it on my girlfriends account or back on mine, I don't understand why.
