Hallo,
I fill in the necessary data (account owner, bacnkname, BC number and account number) and after clicking "Link bank" I get this message "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later".
I waited, retryed and nothing. I waited again but nothing. It's not a matter of waiting. The customer service (contacted throught the webform) answered that my account is working properly and that I should clean my browser cache and cookies. I tried that but nothing: I always get that message.
Am I the only one ?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
