Paypal scammed me!!

I've had around $80 and now trying to login it says : Sorry, we can not sign you in. If you think there is a problem with your account, contact us and we will help you solve it.

I Have already tried contacting them via message alot of times but they dont answer me!! I dont know why!!!!

And i've waited over than 5 days no single respone!

And yes my account was set to limit before weeks and i have submitted all the needed documents.

Why don't you phone them OR

 

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
