So I tried verifying my Navy Federal savings account and Paypal said they couldn't verify it so they would send me two small payments for me to verify. I got a payment of 6 cents and 19 cents, logged back into Paypal and it worked! I bought a mp3 album and then I bought a CD. I get back on a few days later to see the CD payment was cancelled because now Paypal wants me to fax them the payments they sent me when I already typed it in for them on the website. I send Paypal a email on Thursday with no reply so far. I don't have a fax machine and don't want to go to a store just to fax something I already did. Can anyone help?
