Hi there, Someone logged into my account from Thailand apparently so now PayPal wants me to confirm its my account.. problem is I have a new number and no longer use the number they want to verify the account with. I can't log in to change my number, can't log in to email for help and can't call because it will cost too much. Please email me PayPal so I can sort this out! Kieran
Sorry mate, this is a user forum and not PayPal customer service. You will either have to call PayPal in your region, Facebook, or Twitter them to discuss a different way to verify your identity.
