so today i added my new hotmail to my account and made it my primary one for my paypal account since i dont want to use my old hotmail anymore,but everytime i try to click (Remove) on my old email it just gives me this (error please try again) message... and after a few tries of clicking (Remove) now i dont even receive the error message anymore, just nothing happens.. literally nothing.So i think i glitched my paypal or something but i don't know.
What did i do wrong? how can i remove an email that i used to use before?
I would try going to the classic site through the wallet and see if it lets you remove it there.
The steps are Wallet>Classic Site> My Personal Info> Update (located to the right of the email section)> Remove/Edit>Remove.
If that doesn't work, phone support , in my experience, can usually help with removing old contact information. On the bright side, with it still active on the account, any payments sent there will at least continue to go through.
