My debit card got disabled

Hello everyone.As the title says my debit card got disabled after failing to find the verification code.I got the statement from my bank's atm but there wasnt any code.There was only a 1.5 euro charge but neither Paypal was next to the charge nor there was any code so i tried finding out myself the code and disabled my debit card.I sent email to the paypal help center but they didnt answer me yet so i am posting there to find any solution.Thanks in advance and if you can help me i would appreciate it.

The code won't show on mini statements, you need to view your online banking or a full statement.

Contact customer services and ask them to re-set the card and then send the code again.

I sent them a message and they told me that my debit card was re enabled but when i tried linking it to my account it said that my card is disabled.I dont know whats going on.illuminati

Well they resolved my issue and my debit card is verified now.
