Notifications are based on the email address associated with the item button or invoice. In order for you get a notification sent to your personal email address although the transaction is associated with your business email address, you would have to have a mail forwarding rule setup. This is possible if your email client, system or provider offers this feature.
It's also possible if using PayPal's IPN feature. Instant Payment Notification or IPN is a message service that notifies you of events related to PayPal transactions. You could program your server to send an email to you after receiving a notice from the PayPal Servers.
You can learn more about IPN by checking out the links below:

Hi Snowshoe - to piggyback off the original inquiry above, is it possible to have PayPal notifications be sent to two email addresses without messing around with IPN or our email settings? I'd like notifications to continue to be sent to our primary email address, but I'd also like to have a copy sent to a second email address... Any advice gratefully received - thanks!

As there's no features or options on the PayPal side to do what you have in mind, one possible option would be if your email client or system has a forwarding feature where as a rule could be setup to forward the notification to a second address.
