Hello, I want to ask, Does PayPal really take fraud seriously or do they leave their sellers in devastated places? All the chargebacks i had (about 5-6) are all from one person. Virtual currency was given to him/her within 24 hours loaded into their account, Is it right or not to chargeback after getting their service? For each transaction, The amount was removed from my account for a temporary placement, after paypal doesn't cover the items there is another removal from my account? (Let alone the Settlement fee) I see it say -50euro, i thought you already took it out when you put them into temporary placement as you will see below.

Instead of doing business, you have put the seller into jeopardy - instead the seller gives out the items and gets a negative balance. Paypal is the easiest payment and unsafe systems to commit fraud, the chargeback option means there is no safe trading, Anyone can just press chargeback and say their creditcard was used without their authroiation. What proof can a seller give? I have given the IP of the buyer also so i hope it all counts with all the other information i sent. Since i will not pay the negitive balance until this problem is sorted. (Why should the seller pay paypal to sell their items when they already take a settlement fee of the SELLERS account?) I am now left with -178 Euro which is unacceptable when the seller is not at fault. Paypal is Free labour more like? I am looking forward to a reply.
