Have PayPal debit card is outside bank still required or how to remove card w/o removing bank

Receiving a message to update my outside debit card which

expires soon. Searched to remove this card without

removing bank but that doesn't appear an option....am i

missing something?

Prefer not having an outside bank link but that doesn't

appear possible either. I Have a PP debit card which works

fine for ebay fees and general use.
