hello i got a problem ..i did make a mastercard 3 months ago or soo .. then i created a account in paypal without any problems .. after that i tried to buy something from the internet and i did with no probs .. after 2 months ( 7 days ago ) i try to buy something from ebay but for some reasson i cant .. i go to my paypal acc and i see that there is no wallet of my .. i try to make another wallet but it says this ------> screen shoot link -> http://prntscr.com/brgflk ..i try to make another wallet but it still is not letting me .. i go to my bank they say you need to confirm the acc by typing the 4 number code .. ( i say to them i didnt get it ) they say how did you buy something then .. they try to contact the bank support or something and they give me the 4 key code .. but then i go to the paypal page and to the confirm code message .. it brings me back to the point where i need to create another wallet ( the same thing on the picture ) SORRY for the bad english
When you add a card, you have to get the 4 digit code by logging on to your credit card account website to get the code or wait for your next credit card statement to get the code.
Once you get the code you use it to confirm the card as soon as possible. I guess right now you have to confirm the same card or another card.
Well the thing is i didnt get anytype of code ... the bank did give me a code after 2 weeks ( only because i did contact the bank ) ..
. Now i have the code but when i go to enter the code it brings me back to creating a wallet .. and it goes all over again ( see it on the screenshot link )
