how do i add a pay pal cash card

i cannot  find how to add  this cash card  to my account  i only see  the  wallet to add  a  debit or credit some one  help

Go to https://www.paypal-cash.com/index.html

Enter the PIN from back of card, click "log in with PayPal".

Then it should associate that cash card with your account and loads the money.
