Hi. My account crrently is in India. However, I may go to the US for my studies for sometime. I wanted to know if I could add a US mobile number to my Indian account so that when Paypal contacts me I will be available. I do not wish to open another US paypal account since I am not a US citizen. I just wanted to operate my paypal account from the US and wanted to make sure that Paypal will be able to contact me.
