Adding an Overseas Cell Number to my Account

Hi!

I read and heard on Youtube that one can add an overseas cell number, and also a credit card to one's account, but when I've tried the option isn't there. I will be living overseas for a while and of course I will be using an overseas CC and Cell Number, so how can I overcome this impass? Thank you

You can add your new cell number on your Profile -- it's a wheel-looking thing right next to the Login / Logout button.

Add a credit card in your Wallet

Thanks for the reply and yes I used that wheel-looking button to change my cell number and add a CC, but the issue here is that both are from OVERSEES. When I start the process everything goes well until I encounter the field State. All options there are US States and there's no option to change the Country so the States will also change. It's my dilema with the cell and the credit card. Is there a way around this?
