I just sold an item on ebay as a pick-up only item and the buyer payed with paypal using a credit card. He then contacted me and said that he wants to pick-up tomorrow. The money is in my paypal account and I am transfering it to my bank account which will take 3-5 days. Should I allow him to pick it up tomorrow or should I wait until the money has transfered from my paypal to bank account.
Never accept a ppal payment for an item that needs collecting cash on collection only, as you have no sellers protection and could potentially lose your item and occur a chargeback.
If the buyer is collecting why not pay cash on collection? makes sense
