It should be in your Account Balance. Unless the refund is still under review, PayPal deposits the funds to your account balance. The exception would be if you paid by credit card, then the funds have been credited to that card. You would need to check your credit card statement.
If paid by prepaid card, most cards are not reloadable however, credit can be applied. You would need to check that out.

Thanks snowshoe, maybe I'm being a little too impatient but I paid from my Bank Account thru PayPal and when the seller didn't have stock of my size the transaction was cancelled by mutual agreement and I am now left waiting for my refund from PayPal. I know it will go to my PayPal account but then I'll have to wait another week or more. This system **bleep**!!
