Paymeht on hold but I have fees

• My payment has been on hold for 5 days iv marked the item as shipped bbut did not update tracking info so im hoping the payments avalable by monday "7 days after" . Anyway I have 80$ in ebay fees coming soon will it take the seller fee out of a pending balance?

A pending balance is not available for use to make a payment. If a payment for eBay fees comes up before there are funds in your available balance, your external funding method will be used.
