Woocommerce Can't Complete Payment

I have a wordpress site using woocommerce site and have 'paypal standard' as the checkout method. This has worked for lots of sites for me in the past, but maybe isn't now because the account was setup differently or is Canadian? It lets me go all the way to the last step, then takes me to a shopping cart style page on Paypal with no way to continue or finish payment. I created a $1 test product that you can try: http://shootlikeagirl.ca/product/test/ .... I'm very stumped!

If you add 1 item to your cart and then view cart, you will be directed to your cart were you will find your checkout button. Click checkout were you will be directed to the checkout page and be asked to fill out a form and select your method of payment.
