I filed a complaint with Resolution Center on 8/14/17 and have waited the 10 days required for seller to respond. I have received no info from PayPal or the seller. The product did not work and am seeking a refund or credit to my PayPal account. I tried to contact seller and could not make connection. The only info that came up looked like Chinese language so filed through PayPal. I would like to return product and receive refund. Please acknowledge and reply
