From the research I've done, it seems that their biggest fault is not checking with their supplier first to ensure said product(s) are in stock. The other issue seems to be that they're VERY slow on refunds. Out of the 10 or so reviews i read, I'd advise against purchasing from them.
I made a purchase from IP-Mart.com two weeks ago. I have not yet received my item and am waiting for a response to an email I sent. I just looked up their info and it says they are based in the U.K. and I am in the US. I’m going to wait a little longer and hopefully my item will come in.
