Wrong Product Ordered

I ordered a product off a website and realized I ordered the wrong, but similar, product. I emailed the site within 2 minutes of placing  the order, used the in-site Contact, which proved to be inoperable due to site-manager's acts, then I emailed the seller from the Paypal payment seller address recevied with confirm of payment.

I emailed again to site and Paypal provided email when confirm of shipping was provided by seller.

I tried to have the order shifted to the correct item in my email.

No response.

What is my recourse?
