I found some goods on Facebook marketplace that I would be buying. If I pay the seller through PayPal when I pick up the items, is my transaction covered under PayPal policies?
In case something is wrong with the products I purchased when compared to the ones the seller advertised, will I have the authority to raise a dispute on the transaction?
