Since PayPal MastewrCard moved to Synchrony Bank, they have been nothing but TROUBLE, headache, and terrible Customer Service. I used to pay my card, and have the money available to me in 2 minutes. After the change, it takes at least 24 hours! I made 2 payments on the card on 3/31 ($100) and 4/1($200) and my balance still does not show it. I called them and their explanation is that since I made TOO MANY PAYMENTS, they have put my payments ON HOLD for 3-4 ("probably 4") days. After being put on hold for way too long by their Chinese/Philippines/Indian rep, I was finally able to talk to their patronizing and antagonistic Customer Center "Supervisor", and she claimed that "this is the way it is and there's nobody who can change this". Really? Well, I have other Credit Cards, and I can quit using their card, with such LOUSY customer no-service, and use another card. The changes they made me a VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! I doubt they will ever will respond, since they've never responded to me in the past, but maybe, just maybe, they will respond to this message... Who knows? Miracles might still happen...
