Will I get my product back?

I shipped a used item, and the buyer is claiming it is not in the condition I stated (*sigh*). I offered a full refund, and am waiting on a response back. I am nervous that she will file a dispute, not that I am sure it would even be valid. If she does file a dispute, do I get my product back or am I out the money and the product?

'Normally' if a buyer wins a dispute for SNAD then paypal ask the buyer to return the item back to you trackable before you have to issue a refund.
