Suspicious Activity on my Account?

So basically, i can't login to my account for 'suspicious activity' I gave my account to my friend, so he can withdraw some money from the account cause he's like my business partner + i owe him money, so basically it wanted me to verify my account it said 'Recieve a Text, Recieve a Automated Call, Show proof of your identity', So i did recieve a text, i added a phone number it says 'This number doesn't appear to be registered to your name, Please try again' 

Can someone help me out, i don't wanna lose the money in my account i called paypal they couldn't do anything,

I don't know what you expected, but you gave authority of your acocunt to somone else and now you can't access it.  When accesses from a different location by a different person it SHOULD cause PayPal to lock it.  It may be this other person also changed your profile and now PayPal doesn't know the true ower.

It seems to me that this should be an extremely urgent matter and require an immediate phone call to PayPal customer service.  It should be of such urgence that you remain on the phone as long as it takes.  There is no assurance, however, that PayPal will be able to determine the true owner at this time.

I bought something off of ebay. The item got lost in the mail. So I asked for a refund and from the ebay user sent me a refund from paypal. A day later I bought a couple more things from ebay. The very next day I log into paypal and I get this suspicious activities notice on my page. So I change my password and still get the same message. I can't contact anyone from paypal without getting the same 'suspicious activities' message.

Why do I get the feeling that you shouldn't have made purchases so soon after your were refunded.   I was just reading some articles about how this whole AML and KYC compliance maybe tripping up transactions that really are not necessarily suspicious but nonetheless classified as hence receiving various and confusing error messages.  Perhaps space out your activity a little bit.

Try calling PayPal CS to deal with this error message when it is mornings or mid-day on the west coast where you get US reps.  Note that CS would give you the robo answers in case you have a frequent asked question type issue that can be solved that way.  If they give you an option to remain on the line if the automated response does not solve your problem, do so.

From reading all the posts in this forum,I dont know who is more stupid-Paypal or us.

Paypal would like us to join Paypal,offering all these features but often they are country specific and filled with landmines,they call it security !

Would you let someone have your wallet and say Help yourself with my money since I owe you money and you are my partner?

There are some who want to test the water by opening an account with a fake name,or sign up with a wrong first name or last name,or move to Bongoland and wonder why he cant access the account,or open an account and immediately file 10-14 dusputes!

No one bothers to read PAYPAL terms and agreement,they just merrily think if it works in his head,it should work on Paypal.

Same goes with Ebay,everyone thinks they haev something to sell ,all they need is to sign up with Ebay and Paypal,someone even allow her mother to sell under her Ebay ID on her deathbed,of course dead people cannot pack and go to post office,so she was suspended.

if you owe your friend money and want him to have some of yours,you can send money using FRIENDS AND FAMILY,

No need to handover your wallet !

I transfered my money to my paypal account, but the money appeared on my old paypal, that i dont use.

I tried to send the money from my old paypal to the new, but it didnt allowed.

After this, i read that if i try to send it using a different browser, it will work, but it didnt. And paypal even blocked my old account (they believed that someone else tried to login, but it was me, just from a different browser) they want to send me a verification text message. I used my very old mobile number with that old pp account,  that number is inactive now. So i cant receive the message, and i cant change to the new number, because there aren't any option to do that, i cant even login.

Can you send me the message to my new number or just let me login to my old paypal, and after that, please help me how can I send my money to my new paypal.

And please, don't write me to call paypal, i can't, that would be too expensive from my country.
