I recieved this email from Paypal.   I can't find any information about if this is a legit email or a phishing scam. 

 

At PayPal, we are always interested in learning from our customers. We value your opinion and would like to invite you to participate in upcoming research to help us understand your needs.
We will be conducting 60 minute one-on-one telephone interviews with people like yourself. To participate, you will simply enter a password-protected website, and enter the meeting. All of your input will be anonymous so you can speak as freely and honestly as you would like. Please be assured that no one is trying to sell you anything and that no one will contact you as a result of your participation in this study. We’re only interested in your opinions.
We are contacting you to see if you are interested in participating in this paid research study (if you qualify):
Research: 60 minute telephone interview and a 30-60 minute pre-work assignment to be completed before the interview
Location: Home – must have access to home computer with reliable high-speed internet
Date range: October 25-26 for the pre-work assignment and between November 1-3 for the interview
Research Payment: $100 for completing the pre-work assignment and $200 at the conclusion of the telephone interview
Topic: Understand how PayPal Merchants and Consumers make decisions regarding which financial products (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, etc.) they use personally or for their company.

Do a WhoIs search for any domain in qustion to find the restrar and contact company.
