Seller misrepresented a Louis Vuitton bag

I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and the seller said it was authentic. However after receiving the bag I did not find an ID number inside or outside the bag?
I am having trouble filing a resolution. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get my money back?
