Seller is Threatening to Dox Me

I'm not sure what to do. I had a seller that was not delivering, so I disputed the claim. Months went by with no issue, and Paypal sided with me on the claim. Just today, the seller finally emailed me, contested the claim, and sent me pictures of basically ALL my personal information (some of which I have no clue how they got) with a message "Would you rather this be released to the internet?" They're demanding that I send them the money or they're going to release it. I'm not sure what to do or how to report this seller. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

this has nothing to do with Paypal.

if this is an Ebay seller,report to Ebay.

This has nothing to do with ebay, and the seller is threatening me through Paypal... I'd say that has something to do with paypal

So contact PayPal and ask what to do.

No one here can really advise on legal issues and threats as we don't know all the details.
