Hello, I accidently hit the send button when I was trying to add a second photo in the Resolution Center.  I have a second photo to help corraborate my side of the incident.  How can I send the second photo with a brief explanation?

if you dont see an add button,then you can always fax them.

But dont waste your time,robot does not watch movies ,read emails or pictures.

if item not as described ,then return it and upload tracking,once tracking shows delivered,you get your refund.

if item not received,then if seller cant produce tracking showing it has been delivered to you,you win.
