I recently requested a refund from a company wherein I never received goods; in the Resolution Centre, they told me this: "With this dispute, Paypal has stopped us to use this account for refund temporarily. As soon as this account is released, we will refund for you."
I find this a little strange, as I had to undergo the same process with a different company a little while back- the refund process was almost immediate.
So I was wondering, how long could I expect to wait for their account to be 'released'?
