I Bought An iPhone 6s for $250 CAN, The Seller Agreed That I Can Send $170 CAN For Now And Pay The Rest In A Couple Of Days.

I Last Heard He Was Working Late And Would Give Me The Tracking Number When He Got Home. Ive Been Messaging Him And Messaging Him With No Replies Or Tracking Number. I Would Just Like A Refund As I Feel He Is Scamming Me And Not Gonna Send Me The Merchandise. How Do I Get My Money Back If He Isnt Replying. Any Help Thank You
