Re-open a case?

I opened a case for a suspect purchase my wife made 6-7 weeks ago, opened a case and it got closed, and now we received the product, but it wasn't what she wanted, and we can't open another case for the same transaction.  We've sent several messages about it, but have trouble getting anything but what seems like a generic automated response that doesn't help.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

you cannot re-open the case once it is closed.
