I have bought something from someone in the UK with zero feedback from ebay.com (I am canadian). I played my part in ensuring the seller is a legit as I would like him to be by skyping with him and making him show me the product and everything that was on the description. I would like to know If i would be covered by PayPal if something was to go wrong(it’s a big amount). I paid via PayPal echeque.
