YES IT IS A SCAM

Ppal do not ask for tracking in order to receive payment

When u get paid u will see it instantly in your account and receive a confirmation email from ppal informing u of payment

If its not there u havent been paid and since its a scam u wont be paid

Genuine ppal emails:

Always address u as Dear Full Name 

Never ask for personal sensitive info

Never ask u to click on links/downloads

Never ask u to send tracking info

Never ask u to ship before payment is received

Never ask u to pay another source first in order to receive payment.

Always check the payment is in your account first before u ship

Never accept ppal for an item that needs collecting

OMG thank you so much!

Im a new user for PayPal and this is my first time using it. So it's kind of suspicious when she said that she made a payment but there's nothing when i check my Paypal account. But there's an email that said its on hold, lol. Thank you again for letting me know

The email was from your scammer and I bet it went in your junk folder didnt it?

Thx goodness u came to ask first as thousands of people fall for it

It would benefit u to read up on receiving/sending payments user agreement etc
