I placed an order on http://americanleatherjacket.com/ and after the payment I received the information from PayPal that the payment goes to a certain Muhammad Ismail <removed> not to the mentioned company. I did not feel safe at all with this! I contacted the company to cancel the order according to their terms and conditions. I also contacted many times the recipient <removed> but did not get any answer. I've opened many complaints on PayPal site and asked many times the company to make the necessary to help me to recover my money, but I'm only receiving ready-made answers that make me sick. I cannot understand why PayPal encourage and defend the scammers!!! Are PayPal and those scammers working together to steal money from naive people ?
Not sure how you can open many disputes as you are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction.
You can file for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
Paypal don't cover ''buyer remorse'' so you should cancel with the seller and then allow a couple of weeks and if the item does not arrive then file a dispute for non receipt.
Also its against paypal rules to put someones personal email address on this public board.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I immediately cancelled with the seller, but the seller (which is a scammer... and those many exchanges that I had with PayPal prove what I said, that PayPal covers scammers !!) just took my money and do not answer at all !! Which honest seller is acting in such a manner ????

@kernowlass When honest people bring the proof that someone using PayPal services is a scammer, why PayPal protect this robber ?? Victims are badly considered, robbers are protected and encouraged here ! I am disgusted !
Many websites are run by individuals,so your paypal payment went to an individual.
if you do not receive your item,then file item not received dispute,if item is not described,then file item not as described with Paypal.
Paypal offers both buyer and seller protection but cannot babysit every one ,anyone who buys here and buy there ,it is your money,play it safe and buy from reputable stores.
