I purchased an Antique table from eBay, seller lived a few cities away and thru phone communication she agreed for a price to deliver table, before I was allowed to take table off her trailer, she insisted I go print out her eBay listing, sign it and leave immediate feedback because she said "PayPal would not release her payment until she had positive feedback on eBay" it struck me as odd, but I did it without seeing table. We unloaded table and brought in the house and they were gone just as fast. Table was not what was listed, I filed a claim with eBay, first they denied me and I panicked and went to PayPal and filed, shortly later eBay came back of an approval with my appeal, but because I reacted so hastily and went to PayPal, eBay could no longer honor their grant for payment. I have never asked for a refund, so I was ignorant to this entire process. So here we are with PayPal, I submitted my claim, they denied me, I submitted an appeal with photos that CLEARLY show the problem with my explanation, also eBay offered a 3-way call to advise of their findings. The Photos I supplied and the photos and listing description CLEARLY show the seller lied. PayPal came back yesterday with another denial. I am lost, I can not go back to eBay. I feel PayPal is not looking at my photos for proof, what can I do, I am heartbroken. Also, as per eBay the seller has been reported.  Am I out of options, no one at PayPal will allow me to speak with a supervisor and I just don't know where to go from here other than just let it go and chalk it up to experiance. Thank you for any help anyone.
