I sent money to my friend in US through my credit card issued from Saudi Arabia, through Paypal.
I sent the money a couple of times. THe transaction was successful and after 3 months, paypal says that my Bank (in Saudi) has raised a Chargeback/dispute and the money has been refunded to the source on 30-Dec-2017.
But till today, I did not get my money back. The amount is US$ 5401.00 (huge amount of money). Paypal is not responding me. Paypal simply asks me to contact the Bank and all the disputes were raised by the bank.
But the Bank completely denies this and asks for a proof for the same (if the charge back was raised by the bank).
Thisis a huge amount of money and this loss causes me mental agony and stress completely effecting my work and normal life.
Iam asking Paypal to GIVE ME ANY PROOF AGAINST THE BANK, SHOWING THAT, THE BANK HAS RAISED THE CHARGE-BACK.
I JUST NEED THE PROOF OF CHARGE-BACK TO REPLY TO THE BANK.
Iam asking Paypal to GIVE ME THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE TRANSACTION FOR THE REFUND.
BANK DOES NOT HAVE THE REFUNDED MONEY....
NO TRANSACTIONS IN THIS WORLD WILL HAPPEN WITHOUT A TRANSACTION NUMBER (OR) ANY EMAIL etc.
Neither the Bank, Seller nor the Buyer has the money-it is very clear that the entire money is with Paypal and is trying to cheat both the Buyer and Seller.
WHAT SHALL I DO ????
