Hi!

I have one question about paypal and money transfer... Someone send me an email that he is interested in buying my motorbike and when he asked me everything about the bike he said that he will buy it. he wants to get me the money on my paypal account and then someone (his transport agent or something) will call me and we would make agreement about the day and time when he will come for the bike. So my question is, is this safe or he can take money back when he already has the motorbike?

Not safe !   Sell your item local for "cash".

As you're selling an item that cannot be shipped, tracked and insured if applicable you won't qualify for Seller's Protection.   In addition, the buyer want to arrange a 3rd party pick-up - that's a possible red flag and would also void your seller protection.   Check out the User Agreement and note the section titled "Ineligible items and transactions".

Note, as the seller - your best method for Seller Protection is to send the buyer an invoice, the buyer pays, you get the money, you then purchase and print a shipping label, retain the tracking info in your transaction record and then ship the item.   However, since you're you cannot ship a motorbike, this method doesn't apply - that's why you may be better off selling local for "cash" - everyone wins !
